Nguyễn Vũ Hồng Ngân has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and employer branding. Nguyễn Vũ Hồng started their career at Topica Edtech Group in 2016 as a recruitment collaborator. In 2017, they worked as a recruitment intern at SmartOSC before joining Hoa Sao Group as a recruiter-admin. Since 2018, they have been working at AhaMove as an employer branding executive.
