Shalisa Bethea-Neal is an experienced community and property manager with a comprehensive background in housing and property management. Currently serving as Community Manager at AHC Inc. since October 2022, Shalisa previously held the position of Property Manager at Preservation Management, Inc. from July 2021 to October 2022 and at Habitat America, LLC from February 2014 to August 2018. Additional experience includes working as a Rental Subsidy Specialist for Baltimore County from August 2018 to July 2021 and as a Sales Associate at Rebate Realty USA from May 2012 to February 2014. Shalisa began their career as Office Manager at L. Hayes & Associates, where responsibilities included managing daily office functions for a HUD management company and collaborating with the CEO on HUD compliance training. Education was completed at Wilde Lake High School.

Volunteer opportunities include working with elementary students in our Afterschool or Summer Program and teens in our Tutoring and College and Career Readiness Programs. We are proud that 100% of the students in our education programs have graduated from high school, with the majority going to college - most the first in their families to achieve this life-changing milestone.
