Laure Rocalve

Laure Rocalve is the Chief People & Communications Officer at Ahead Digital, a position held since 2020. With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, Laure started as an Editorial Project Manager at Merck and progressed through various roles at BNP Paribas, including Knowledge Manager and Head of Employer Branding. Prior to joining Ahead Digital, Laure was the Talent Acquisition & Communication Manager at IDWEAVER, focusing on employer branding and recruitment strategies. Laure holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language, Civilization and Literature from Nantes Université and two Master's degrees in Translation Terminology and Cross-cultural Management from ICP and Institut catholique de Paris, respectively.
