Melissa Hickson

Melissa Hickson is an experienced product owner and business analyst with a strong background in project and resource management. Currently at AHEAD, responsibilities include eliciting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and ensuring user stories are well-documented and approved. Previous roles at SMS Assist involved overseeing affiliate relations, improving subcontractor processes, and leading project management for nationwide sites. Prior to SMS Assist, experience in sales and administrative support was gained at Grainger, Altria, and Madison Services. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2014.
