Rita Volz

Rita Volz is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managed services and ITIL processes. Currently serving as Director of MS Operations at AHEAD since August 2016, Rita previously held the role of Manager of Managed Services Operations at RoundTower Technologies, where responsibilities included daily management and ownership of ITIL processes. Prior to that, Rita managed Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at Logicalis, focusing on operational efficiency in the Network Operations Center. With significant experience at EMC, Rita excelled as Principal Incident, Change & DR Manager, implementing key process improvements and supporting audit compliance. Earlier roles at Cintas and Convergys involved leading change management initiatives and managing critical IT operations. Rita holds certifications in ITIL and is recognized as a Certified Process Professional.
