Prior to their time at Novartis, Dawn worked at Genzyme as the Associate Director of Sales Operations from May 2005 to April 2008. Dawn was instrumental in establishing the Sales Operations department and achieving sales growth through the redeployment of sales forces.

Earlier in their career, Dawn held positions at Sepracor Inc. as a Manager of Sales Operations from May 2001 to May 2005 and at Wyeth as a Senior Specialty Sales Analyst from September 1999 to May 2001. Dawn also started their career at Genetics Institute as a Sales Operations Associate from June 1995 to September 1999, where they developed SOPs for the sales force and contributed to CRM implementation and product launches.
