Rupali Bhutani

Rupali Bhutani is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Development at AHEAD since August 2023, after previously holding the position of Manager in the same field. Prior to joining AHEAD, Rupali worked at Rackspace Technology as a Program Manager from March 2021 to August 2023 and was a Senior Management Trainee at HCL Technologies from June 2018 to November 2019. Earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lava International Ltd and HR Intern at India Today, along with foundational experience as an Accountant and Article Trainee at Brijesh Gupta & Co. and a Team Assistant at McKinsey & Company. Rupali holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the School of Inspired Leadership, a degree in Office Management from YWCA of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
