Tom Cole

Tom Cole is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the flooring and hardscapes industries. Currently serving as the General Sales Manager for Multifamily | Property Management at AHF since May 2022, Tom oversees the residential sales organization for this segment in the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at AHF, including General Sales Manager for Retail Strategic Accounts and National Sales Manager, contributing to significant sales growth. Prior to AHF, Tom's roles at Armstrong Flooring, Inc. spanned from Vice President of Residential Sales to Regional Sales Manager, along with leadership positions at Reading Rock, Inc., MarineMax, SPX Corporation, and Armstrong World Industries. Tom holds a BS in Marketing from The Ohio State University, an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University, and an AA in Business Administration from Lynn University.
