Caterina Debarros

Caterina DiBiase currently serves as a Legislative Health Policy Associate at AHIMA, beginning in March 2023. Previously, Caterina worked at Research!America from September 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included organizing significant events such as the 2022 National Health Research Forum and the Early Career Research Summit, while also creating content on mRNA vaccines and advocating for pandemic preparedness. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant role at Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research, where Caterina authored reports on healthcare price transparency, and internships focused on conducting healthcare policy research and health equity studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Caterina holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, both obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
