Theodora Kapakoglou is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Group Quality Manager at Alfred H Knight since January 2024, Theodora previously held roles as Divisional Quality Manager EU at Ecolab, where the focus was on continuous quality improvement across multiple manufacturing plants, and as Senior QA Officer at Vitaflo International Ltd, overseeing quality assurance, process compliance, and incident management. With a background in specification management, allergen information, and microbiological risk assessment, Theodora also has experience in training and academic roles, fostering knowledge in HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and undergraduate degree in Food Science and Technology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
