Deirdre Stearns is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Project Manager at AHL since August 2016, Deirdre leads multiple mixed-use high-rise building projects in Honolulu and is the primary client liaison while managing a diverse architectural team. Previously held roles include Director of Sustainability at AHL, where Deirdre advanced the firm's sustainability goals, and various positions at Altoon Partners LLP and Altoon Partners BV, including Associate Project Architect. Deirdre also gained valuable experience as an intern and graduate research assistant in notable firms and academic settings. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Architecture degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
