Sharla B. possesses extensive experience in architecture and design, currently serving as a Senior Job Captain at AHL since August 2020, following roles as Technical Designer II and Technical Designer I. Prior to AHL, Sharla contributed as a Project Assistant at the University of Hawai'i Community Design Center and as a Teaching Assistant in Basic Design Studio at the University of Hawaii at Manoa School of Architecture. Experience also includes five years as an Architectural Technician at Design Partners Inc. and earlier work as a Drafter at ANBE, ARUGA & ISHIZU, ARCHITECTS, INC. Sharla began the career journey with job shadowing at MITSUNAGA & ASSOCIATES, INC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an Associate of Science in Architecture Engineering and CAD Technologies from Honolulu Community College.
