Jokha AlMaskari's work experience begins in 2003 when they joined Gulf Air as a Gulf Air Holidays Operations Consultant. Jokha AlMaskari then went on to become a Graduate Entry Management Trainee and later a Recruitment & Administration Manager, where they successfully recruited pilots for a new fleet. In 2013, they joined Etihad Airways as a Manager Recruitment and led a team in Oman to recruit local talent for various positions. Currently, they are working at ahlibank as the Head of Talent Acquisition, a position they assumed in 2023 after serving as a Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager.
Jokha AlMaskari graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management and Tourism. Jokha AlMaskari also obtained a minor in Business during their time at the university. In terms of additional certifications, Jokha has completed several online courses through LinkedIn, including topics such as building a talent pipeline, organizational learning and development, goal setting, body language, HR as a business partner, and many others. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in recruitment and selection from Meirc Training and Consulting in 2014.
