Majid al Balushi

Majid Al Balushi has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience at both ahlibank and Standard Chartered Bank. Majid began their career at Standard Chartered Bank in 2008, where they worked as a Sales Officer for four years.

In 2012, Majid joined ahlibank as an Assistant Manager, a role they held until 2015 when they were promoted to Branch Manager. Majid successfully managed branch operations for seven years before transitioning to a new role as Acting Head of Product Sales in March 2022. Shortly after, they were appointed as the Head of Product Sales, demonstrating their expertise and trust within the organization.

Throughout their career, Majid has developed strong sales and leadership skills, making him a valuable asset in the banking industry.

Majid Al Balushi completed their Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, and Finance from the College of Banking and Financial Studies from 2010 to 2013. In 2016, they also attended CBFS and pursued a certification in Branch Management.
