Joe Padilla

Joe Padilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Strategic Sourcing at AHMC HealthCare since February 2023, Joe Padilla leads initiatives involving C-level executives to enhance procurement effectiveness and vendor management. Previously, as the Director of Procurement at Goldrich Kest, Joe Padilla successfully developed procurement policies and organized sourcing processes. Joe Padilla also held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where efforts focused on information technology and laboratory sourcing. Joe Padilla holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature from the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Law degree from the American College of Law.
