Ashesh Tripathi

Ashesh Tripathi is a seasoned DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in incident management and cloud IT operations. Currently serving as the DevOps Engineer Incident Commander at Ahold Delhaize since May 2024, Ashesh previously held key roles including Major Incident Manager at Irdeto and Cloud IT Operations at KONE, where responsibilities included managing application infrastructure, driving IT Service Management process improvements, and facilitating agile practices. Ashesh’s background also includes experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and roles in cloud operations and IT service management at Infosys, The Open University, and HSBC Mexico, showcasing a strong track record in process improvement, project management, and collaboration with stakeholders. Ashesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
