Carmine Gnolo

Carmine Gnolo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Carmine'smost recent position was as a Tech Lead at Ahold Delhaize, where they were responsible for leading the Data Quality Framework and Data Catalog team. Prior to that, they worked at RTL as a Chapter Lead in the Data Platform team, overseeing the maintenance of data-related services. Carmine also held roles at Devoteam as a Lead Consultant and Consultant in Data Engineering, and at LeasePlan as a Data Engineer. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Data Scientist/Engineer at i2i, conducting healthcare quality benchmark development and data analysis. Carmine also has experience as a PhD Student in Cognitive Neuroscience of Vision, a Visiting Research Fellow at UMCG Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen, a Research Intern at the University of Salerno, and a Study Coach at Freelance, providing coaching in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. In addition, they have worked as a Research Intern at Hermitage Capodimonte IDC, contributing to various research projects in cognitive and medical neuroscience.

Carmine Gnolo has an extensive education history. Starting from 2002 to 2007, Carmine attended Liceo S. Cantone where they obtained their Maturità scientifica in Liceo scientifico sperimentale. From 2007 to 2011, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering - Biomedical devices at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Carmine then continued their education at the same university from 2011 to 2015, obtaining a Master's degree in the same field of study. Following this, Carmine moved to Maastricht University in 2015 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, but dropped out in 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Carmine obtained a CAE - Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2014 and completed a course on Learning Threat Modeling for Security Professionals at LinkedIn in 2023.
