Els Goossens

Els Goossens has extensive experience in HR Information Systems, currently serving as a Consultant at Ahold Delhaize since January 2023, overseeing a team focused on Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent and Learning, and SAP Fieldglass. Previously, Els worked at Ahold Europe from December 1997 to March 2013 in various consultant roles related to HR solutions and IT. Els's career in automation began at Albert Heijn from April 1992 to October 1997 and included a role in the Press and Information Department at the City of Ghent from January 1990 to February 1992. Els began the professional journey as a History teacher at various Belgian schools in 1988-1989. Educational qualifications include Master's Degrees in Science of Communication and History from Ghent University.
