Laura Braley

Laura Braley is an experienced leader in talent and performance management, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent & Performance Management at Ahold Delhaize since June 2015. In this role, Laura provides strategic direction and partners with the global HR team to develop a company-wide Management Development strategy focusing on management development, talent assessment, succession planning, and coaching solutions. Prior roles at Ahold USA include Senior Manager of Training and Training Manager, where Laura supervised training teams and managed training delivery across corporate offices. Previously, at GIANT Food Stores, LLC, Laura held various positions, including Human Resource Manager and Manager of Management Development and Training, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating talent reviews and training initiatives. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Westminster College.
