Oliver Baggaley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Mechanization at Ahold Delhaize, Oliver focuses on building global capabilities in warehouse automation. Previous roles include Director of Digital Strategy & e-Commerce at Ahold Delhaize, Chief of Staff (Interim) at MyTutor.co.uk, and Operations Principal at Via, where Oliver oversaw user growth and marketing operations. As CEO & Co-Founder of MidWay London, Oliver developed a travel app that achieved significant user growth. Additionally, Oliver held positions at Ocado and Bain & Company, where strategic partnership negotiations and supply chain analysis were key responsibilities.
