Richard Nooij

Richard Nooij serves as the CFO of Ahold Delhaize Coffee Company since March 2023, overseeing all aspects of coffee production, from sourcing to sales for international food retailers. Previously, Richard held roles at Albert Heijn, including Director Finance for the Supply Chain, where financial management supported 1,100 stores and online operations, and CFO positions for eCommerce, Digital, and IT, where efforts focused on accelerating digital growth. Richard's tenure at Ahold Delhaize from 2002 to 2019 included key financial leadership roles in various segments such as Belgium, AH to Go, and AH Germany, as well as responsibilities in real estate and store construction. Richard's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Finance and Control from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School and a Master’s in General Management from Nyenrode Business University.
