Ron Lancé

Ron Lancé has over 39 years of experience at Ahold Delhaize, currently serving as the Director of Tech HR and Business Support for Albert Heijn Technology. Throughout a distinguished career, Ron has held various leadership roles, including multiple terms as Voorzitter of the Centrale ondernemingsraad and Ondernemingsraad for Ahold Delhaize NL, as well as serving as Voorzitter of the Ahold Delhaize European Forum. In addition to contributions at Ahold Delhaize, Ron is a Raadslid for Hart voor Hilversum in the municipality of Hilversum.
