Selma Postma

Selma Postma is an experienced executive in the retail and e-commerce sectors, currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer for Europe and Indonesia at Ahold Delhaize. Previously, Postma held key leadership positions including EVP Marketing & Omnichannel at Stop & Shop, and Brand President at Peapod. Additional roles at Ahold Delhaize include SVP General Manager of AH Online and VP of Commerce eCommerce AH, as well as VP of Market & Format Development for Ahold Europe. Postma's early career includes various positions at Shell and managerial roles at Albert Heijn. Academic credentials include a degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, earned from 1991 to 1997. Currently, Postma is also a member of the Supervisory Board for De Stiho Groep.
