Liana Carpenzano

Liana Carpenzano, MBA has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Liana is currently working at AHRC New York City as the Associate Vice President of Budget & Business Analysis, where they started in September 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Budget & Business Analysis at AHRC New York City from October 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining AHRC, Liana worked at New York University School of Law as the Director of Financial Analysis & Special Projects from April 2015 to October 2021. Liana also held positions at Pace University, where they served as the University Director of Budget & Planning from July 2014 to April 2015, and as the Director of Budget Reporting from December 2012 to June 2014.

Liana's previous experience includes working at the NYC Department of Correction, where they held various roles such as Project Director, Deputy Director of Uniformed Resource Allocation & Control, and Deputy Director of Financial & Operational Analysis from January 2009 to November 2012. Liana also worked as an Assistant Director of Administrative Affairs at Columbia University in 2008, and as a Senior Budget Analyst at the Open Society Institute from October 2004 to November 2007.

Liana'scareer started at the NYC Office of the Mayor, where they worked as a Budget Analyst from January 1999 to August 2002. Overall, Liana Carpenzano has demonstrated a strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management across various organizations.

Liana Carpenzano obtained their BA degree in Economics from Adelphi University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued their MBA in Management & Finance at LIU Hudson from 2007 to 2010. In January 2022, Liana Carpenzano also obtained membership in the International Society of Female Professionals.
