Kristen Walker

Kristen Walker has extensive experience in the non-profit sector and finance, currently serving as the Program Manager of Admissions at AHRC Suffolk since February 2007, where Kristen works with the IDD community. Previous roles at AHRC Suffolk include Admissions Specialist and Accounts Payable Specialist, focusing on accounts payable for various funds and handling stipends, payroll, and taxes. Kristen's finance background includes a position as Assistant Head Teller at North Fork Bank from September 2003 to February 2007, responsible for all head teller duties. Kristen holds an Accounting Certificate from Cornell University and has technical training in Architectural Drafting and CAD from L.A. Wilson Technology Center. Additionally, Kristen graduated with honors from North Babylon High School.
