Rex J Alexander is an experienced aviation professional with a strong focus on helicopter and eVTOL infrastructure. Currently serving as Infrastructure Advisor for the Vertical Flight Society since January 2019, Alexander has also held positions such as President and Executive Director of Five-Alpha LLC, where expertise is offered in Advanced Air Mobility Infrastructure. Previous roles include Head of Aviation Infrastructure at Uber Technologies Inc. and Co-Founder of HeliExperts International LLC, providing consultancy services in aviation and air ambulance industries. Alexander has a military background as a Standardization Instructor Pilot in the Indiana Army National Guard and has managed operations for various helicopter services, including as Lead Pilot at Lutheran Air. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance & Management and a certification in Airframe & Powerplant from Parks College of Aviation Technology.
