Nicole Holtery

Nicole Holtery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and procurement, currently serving as the Sr. Contract Manager at Ahtna Diversified Holdings, LLC since September 2025. Prior roles include Contract Specialist at Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC and various positions at North Wind Group, encompassing Construction Contracts Manager and Sr. Contract Administrator. Holtery has also contributed as an Instructor for the State of Alaska, providing training on contract management and ERP software implementation, in addition to serving as a Procurement Officer for the State of Alaska DNR. The early career includes roles in federal contract procurement and project accounting. Holtery holds a degree from Wayland Baptist University.
