Sonal Pathak

Sonal Pathak is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As the Founder and CEO of HR DataQube since July 2016, Sonal has focused on transformational HR management. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ahuja Residences and contributing to BrenStone International as an Expert in Development and Executive Search, Sonal also engages in pro bono and volunteer work with local administrative offices and the Animal Welfare Board of India. Past positions include Director of HR and People Development at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Project Coordinator for a UNDP-supported skill development project, and General Manager of HR at Kingdom of Dreams. With a Postgraduate degree from Barkatullah University and a brief executive program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Sonal combines educational prowess with a dedicated career in human resources.
