Jordan Dahdoul

Jordan Dahdoul, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Development at AHV Communities since February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate in Global Finance at CBRE, where financial risk was managed through the implementation and monitoring of over 350 financial controls for North America's corporate and business segments. Additionally, Jordan co-authored over 100 market value appraisals during tenure as a Senior Analyst in Valuation & Advisory Services at CBRE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Chapman University.
