Mark Wolf

Mark Wolf has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Mark founded AHV Communities in 2013, a company focused on developing and operating luxury single-family home rental communities. Prior to that, they were the owner of MSWOLFCO starting in 2002. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Managing Partner at Greenlaw Partners. Before that, they founded Sicuro Realty Partners in 2000, specializing in multifamily finance and capitalizing over $4 billion. Mark also worked as an Executive Director/Managing Partner at Johnson Capital from 2000 to 2008 and as a Director at HFF from 1997 to 2000. Mark started their career as a Senior Analyst at Ocwen Financial Corporation in 1995.

Mark Wolf attended the University of Arizona and Florida Atlantic University from 1990 to 1995. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business and Finance. Mark also pursued a degree in International Business and Finance at Florida Atlantic University from 1993 to 1995.
