Cecilia Miller, PHR, currently serves as HR Manager at AHW LLC since November 2015, where responsibilities include developing employee policies, advising on compliance, and contributing to strategic planning. Prior to this role, Cecilia was HR & Benefits Specialist at Birkey's Farm Store, Inc., from December 2009 to November 2015, focusing on benefits communication, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, along with payroll oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Advancement at St. Malachy Church & School from July 2003 to December 2009, where Cecilia organized fundraising efforts and managed volunteer activities. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University and has also studied at Parkland College.
