Dorothy Seveses

Dorothy Seveses is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR technology and systems management. Currently serving as the Global HR Technology Manager at Jollibee Group since June 2025, Dorothy previously held leadership positions as HRIS Senior Manager and Human Resource Information System Manager at TDCX from September 2019 to June 2025. Prior to that, Dorothy worked at Accenture as Project Management / Systems & Tools, Infrastructure, and Rec Center Ops Lead from January 2017 to September 2019. Dorothy's background also includes various roles at Sitel, where responsibilities ranged from Global HR Systems Analyst to Supervisor of Global Talent Acquisition, among others. Dorothy began the career at TechCareers Inc. as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2005 and 2009.
