Fabian Reich and Torsten Hardieß

Fabian Reich is a co-founder of AI Coaching since October 2018 and WORTHELDEN since March 2021. Previously, Fabian held a position in data science focusing on natural language processing at SAP from October 2016 to November 2018, contributing to research on SAP CoPilot. Earlier experience includes an internship as a support engineer in UI development at SAP, where Fabian worked on major projects using SAP UI5 and SCRUM methodologies, as well as a student trainee role at YellowMap AG, developing web tests and a WordPress plug-in. Fabian also gained experience as a student intern in C#/.NET development at HP UK in 2013. Educationally, Fabian holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Informatik from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
