Steven Lim Nam Teng

Steven Lim Nam Teng is an accomplished executive in the insurance and financial consulting sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AI Concept Sdn Bhd since June 2022, where full responsibility for strategic development and execution is held in an insurtech start-up focused on insurance solutions. Prior to this, Steven was the Director at ParBiz Advisory Sdn Bhd from April 2017 to April 2022, specializing in financial consulting services for insurance distribution and claim management. Steven's extensive experience at Zurich Insurance Malaysia Bhd from July 2008 to November 2016 included roles such as Vice President overseeing the Foreign Workers Scheme and managing multiple branches and agents, as well as leading personal lines and schemes. Earlier professional milestones include founding Novarisk Management in 1996, where a general insurance agency was established, and achieving recognition as a life insurance agent at Aetna Universal Insurance Bhd. Steven holds diplomas in Graphic Design and Life Insurance Marketing from the Malaysia Institute of Art and the Malaysian Insurance Institute, respectively.
