Greg Buchheit

Greg Buchheit is the President and Founder of Viking Principle, leading the firm since 2012 with over 17 years of experience in high-performing leadership. As a member of the Institute of Coaching, McLean/Harvard Medical School, and Forbes Coaches Council since 2018, Greg is actively involved in professional coaching communities. Greg has also served as a Business Partner and Strategy and Development Executive at Exodus Construction from 2021 to 2023, focusing on client engagement and strategic direction. Additionally, Greg held the position of Executive Board Member at the Executive Leadership Council from 2019 to 2021 and worked as a Senior Project Manager Consultant for G. Buchheit from 2011 to 2020, overseeing large-scale project management. Greg’s background includes military service as a team member in the Naval Special Warfare Development Group and Special Boat Team 20 within the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. Educational credentials include coursework at Wharton Executive Education and attendance at Harvard University.
