Anastasiia Pustoutova

Anastasiia Pustoutova currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Nova and AI EdgeLabs, having progressed through various HR roles since May 2019. Responsibilities encompass onboarding, offboarding, internal communications, appraisal, analytics, talent management, development of employer branding, compensation and benefits, as well as handling administrative matters for Ukraine and remote employees in the CIS. Previous experience includes positions as HR Manager Assistant at AI EdgeLabs, Head of Human Resources at Nova BIM, and Lead of HR at Pharmaceutical Company "Health," where significant contributions were made in quality control department processes. Educational background includes two Master's degrees from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" in Administrative Management and Biotechnology.
