Linda Lee

Linda Lee is currently a Talent Partner at AI Fund. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of People at AI Fund, HRBP Lead - International Function at ByteDance, and Sr. Director of HR and Overseas Operations at Cheetah Mobile.

Linda has extensive experience in HR and talent management. At AI Fund, they were responsible for attracting experienced executives to co-found successful AI companies. Linda streamlined the hiring process and aligned team expectations on requirements. Linda also put together the compensation structure for Fund employees as well as co-founding teams for AI Fund's portfolio companies. In addition, they successfully completed the first performance management system including 360 degree feedback and put together the first employee engagement survey.

At ByteDance, Linda served as HRBP Lead - International Function. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR function for ByteDance's international employees.

Prior to ByteDance, Linda served as Sr. Director of HR and Overseas Operations at Cheetah Mobile. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the HR function for Cheetah Mobile's overseas operations.

Linda Lee has a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

They work with Bessie Wu - Director of Finance, Carlos Alzate - General Manager, Colombia. Linda Lee reports to Eva Wang, Partner, COO, and General Counsel.
