Amber Roncoroni

Amber Roncoroni is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and industrial relations. Currently serving as Special Counsel and Principal Adviser at Ai Group Workplace Lawyers since July 2022, Amber previously held the position of Senior Lawyer and Senior Adviser at the Australian Industry Group from November 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, Amber was a Senior Associate at HLS Legal, where a focus on complex employment matters and disputes was developed. Amber's career began as a Labour Relations Officer with the State Government of Western Australia, progressing through various legal roles from Paralegal to Solicitor. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Industrial Relations from The University of Western Australia.
