Peter Mariotto

Peter is a Special Counsel in the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Practices in the Perth office of HWL Ebsworth. Peter has practiced in Commercial Litigation, Construction and Insurance for over 15 years.

Peter acts on behalf of a number of local, national and overseas companies, government agencies and insurers on a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, regulatory investigations and statutory breaches, and construction/mining/resources disputes.

Peter has acted as counsel and instructing solicitor and has appeared in all jurisdictions, both civil and criminal as well as in regulatory investigations, examinations and hearings, adjudications and disciplinary Tribunals (Police, Medical, Legal, Education, Building and Sports).
