Benjamin Elad Rubin

Benjamin Elad Rubin is the current COO at Ai Incube. Prior to this, they were the CEO and founder of Sirenum, a workforce management solution for people who work shifts. Benjamin has also held positions as the founder and managing director of Activas and head of marketing for Beit Wiesl.

Rubin has always been ambitious, working to improve the work experience of shift-workers, their managers and the profitability of their employers. Benjamin is a leading figure in the Information Revolutions, which is changing workforce management as we know it.

Benjamin Elad Rubin has a background in business administration and management from the Cranfield School of Management. Benjamin also has a Master of Science in Animal Genetics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
