Jonathan Shakelton has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jonathan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Financial Credit Union, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Risk Management at the same company from April 2021 to January 2023. Jonathan also has experience as a Service & Operations Manager at Shakelton Auto & Truck Centers, LLC from August 2016 to January 2021. Jonathan worked as an Independent Regulatory Compliance Consultant from December 2013 to January 2016, providing compliance review services for financial institutions. Jonathan also held positions in UniBank for Savings as the Vice President - Compliance and Security from March 2012 to December 2013, in Shatswell Macleod & Company as a Regulatory Consultant from December 2010 to March 2012, in NewAlliance Bank as a Branch Manager from April 2010 to November 2010, in BB&T as an Internal Auditor (Process Audit) / Asst.
