Ollie Graham

Ollie Graham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ollie worked at AI Nexus from 2018, where they were the AI Architect & Head of Machine Learning. In this role, they developed full-stack applications and secured $5mm funding for the company. Ollie also developed healthcare applications using deep learning models for tasks such as vital sign detection, cardiac arrhythmia detection, stroke detection, fall detection, X-ray diagnosis, and skin cancer detection.

In 2020, Ollie became the Chief Executive Officer of Surge Analytics, and in 2019, they were a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First.

Prior to that, Ollie worked at Sapient Shopping as the General Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Ollie managed general operations for the company and advised on company strategy.

Ollie also served as the Chief Operating Financial Officer at Biorna Quantics, where they implemented the financial strategy and achieved significant revenue growth for the health tech company.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Ollie worked in the banking sector. Ollie was a Senior Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets in 2015 and held various roles at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2015, where they were rapidly promoted to Vice President. In their role at Morgan Stanley, they managed credit and associated risks for the bank's Asian fixed income derivatives portfolio.

Ollie'searlier experience includes working as a Revenue Accountant at AXA Investment Managers and as a Fee Billing Analyst at J.P. Morgan.

Ollie Graham's education history includes attending the University of Southampton from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Biochemistry with Pharmacology (Hons). Ollie also attended the CFA Institute from 2006 to 2010 for a program that did not result in a degree.

In addition to their formal education, Ollie has obtained several certifications. This includes a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt from the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation in April 2022, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt in May 2019. Ollie has also completed several Nanodegree programs offered by Udacity, including the Udacity Flying Car and Autonomous Flight Nanodegree in December 2018, the Udacity Deep Reinforcement Learning Nanodegree in July 2018, the Udacity Artificial Intelligence Engineer Nanodegree in January 2018, and the Udacity Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree in September 2017. Additionally, Ollie has completed the Udacity Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree in August 2017 and the Udacity Front End Web Developer Nanodegree in June 2017.

Ollie has also obtained certifications in Avalanche Skills. Ollie holds an Avalanche Skills Level Two certification from Avalanche Canada obtained in January 2015, as well as an Avalanche Skills Level One certification obtained in January 2013.

Finally, Ollie became a Chartered Financial Analyst, certified by the CFA Institute in 2010.
