Liat Belinson

Within AIP, Liat has designed and programmed the AI search engine and currently has a granted patent on her AI solution. She has vast experience integrating her patent search technology within the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and within industry-leading patent search providers. As part of her work at USPTO, Liat managed a large team of software developers and system integrators and interacted frequently with senior government officials.

She has also implemented her technology in projects commissioned by the Department of Defense (DOD) examining the impact of procurement policy on innovation, and the National Science Foundation on the impact of university research on the composition of corporate R&D.

Her company, AIP, currently serves over 170 active users of her AI solution and has collaborated with numerous vendors.

She has extensive experience in identifying and implementing process and technology improvement to increase business performance, including Israel Defense Force and corporate clients. Liat has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Economics (BSc) from Tel Aviv University and a graduate degree in Information Systems (MA) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
