Lukasz Kondraciuk

Lukasz Kondraciuk currently serves as the Election Integrity and CivicTech Lead at the European Platform for Democratic Elections, where responsibilities include leading a team and coordinating democracy promotion projects across Eurasia and the EU. Concurrently, Lukasz heads the AI REV Foundation, focusing on vocational IT education for underserved youth. Previously, extensive experience includes positions at the International Republican Institute, where Lukasz acted as Country Director for Germany and advised on countering foreign authoritarian influence, as well as managing programs related to Russia and Eurasia. Early career milestones include leadership roles at the Foundation for Polish-Ukrainian Cooperation and co-founding Alpha Translations in Poland. Lukasz holds multiple postgraduate degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
