Karine Agabekyan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karine started their career in 1999 as an Application Developer/System Support Technician at DMA of Commonwealth of MA. From there, they worked as an IS Support Specialist/System Administrator at CSW Fiserv Inc until 2004. Karine then joined SOURCECORP as an Assistant Director - Imaging Systems Support for a year, followed by a brief role as an IT Manager at Ashron Billing / AVM Industries. In 2006, they became a Special Project Manager / Data Analyst at Emergency Groups Office before transitioning to the position of Director of Quality Management at SOURCECORP. Karine excelled in this role for four years, establishing a high-quality service and motivated workforce. Karine then served as the Director - Small Business Outreach at PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter for a year, during which they played a key role in developing outreach strategies. In 2010, they joined Sogeti USA as a Project Manager/Manager, overseeing various client engagements and ensuring delivery and client satisfaction. Karine is also the Founder of DataKaya, a company they established in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of InfoTrust Foundation at InfoTrust, where they lead the foundation's initiatives. Overall, Karine brings extensive experience in Information Technology, Document/Records Management, and project management to their work.

Karine Agabekyan began their education in 1998 and completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Computer Information Systems (CIS), Finance, and Computer Science (CS) at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School in 2002. In 2017, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from SCRUM.ORG.
