Nick Ma

Nick Ma has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nick is currently working as the Channel Head at AI Rudder since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager - SEAK at Kodak Alaris from January 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they worked as the General Manager at Sugon from January 2017 to December 2019.

Nick Ma also has experience at Eaton, where they served as the IT Channel Director - APAC from December 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for achieving the overall IT Channel sales target, growing market share, managing channel marketing budget, and building channel partner competency. Nick developed channel promotion programs and monitored their success to maximize organizational benefits.

Earlier in their career, Nick Ma worked at Lenovo Group Ltd. Nick served as the Senior Alliance Manager - EMG from April 2009 to December 2011, where they identified and managed strategic partnerships and alliance initiatives with key technology companies. Nick also worked as the Channel Partner Manager - APAC from October 2006 to March 2009, where they managed the final tier resellers in the Asia Pacific region and set up channel development strategies.

Prior to joining Lenovo, Nick Ma worked at TCL Multimedia as the Business Development Manager - India IT Division from August 2002 to September 2006. In this role, they managed IT product sales and marketing in India, conducted market surveys, analyzed consumer needs, and developed brand position and market entry strategies.

Overall, Nick Ma has a strong background in channel management, sales, marketing, and strategic alliances across various industries and regions.

Nick Ma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Peking University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Xi'an International Studies University from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Ma has obtained several certifications. Nick obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in November 2002, the Panduit Certified Installer (PCI) certification from Panduit in August 2002, and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification from Microsoft in November 1999.
