Noa Horovitz

Noa Horovitz currently serves as an Admin Operations Specialist at AI21 Labs since July 2023. Previously, Noa held the role of Office Manager and Employee Experience EA to the CEO at Walnut from 2022 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing administrative duties, employee lifecycle processes, and vendor negotiations. From 2019 to 2021, Noa was a Data Team Lead at Syte, overseeing the Home Décor vertical and analyzing AI models for actionable insights. Earlier experience includes serving as a Professional English Administrator at Bloch Elementary School, a Flight Attendant with EL AL Israel Airlines, and a Shooting Instructor in the IDF. Noa holds a B.Ed. and a teaching license in English Studies from Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and Arts, earned between 2014 and 2018.
