Pankaj Dugar

Pankaj Dugar has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Pankaj is currently serving as the SVP & GM North America at AI21 Labs since 2023. Before that, they were involved as an investor, advisor, and board member for companies like Rockfish Data and MindsDB starting from 2017. Pankaj worked as the VP of Product and Data Partnerships at Databricks from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Alliance Technology Partnerships at Google Cloud from 2015 to 2018. Pankaj was the Vice President of pan-HP Big Data Strategy and Solutions at Hewlett-Packard in 2014. Pankaj also founded Treetle, Inc. and served as the CEO from 2011 to 2014. Pankaj worked as the Director of M&A, Investments, and Strategy at Cisco from 2008 to 2011. Pankaj started their career as a Client Partner at Infosys Technologies, Ltd. from 2003 to 2008. Before that, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2001 to 2003 and as the Director of Strategy, Ops, and Internet Sales Group at Oracle from 1996 to 1999.

Pankaj Dugar has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Pankaj also holds a BS in Computer Science from Dartmouth College. Additionally, they completed their pre-university education at St. Joseph's University and attended Bishop Cotton Boys' School.
