Adeline Goh

Adeline Goh currently serves as the Head of Behavioural Science, Research & Data at AIA Australia, leading a team that focuses on leveraging behavioural science and data-driven insights to enhance health and financial decision-making, behaviour change, and wellbeing outcomes. Prior to this role, Adeline held positions at the Fair Work Commission as Senior Manager of Behavioural Science and as Behavioural Insights Lead, where efforts were concentrated on reducing regulatory barriers and improving access to justice. Adeline's earlier experience at Deloitte Consulting involved managing transformation projects with an emphasis on organisational design and change management, utilizing multidisciplinary techniques. Adeline holds a Master's degree in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology from The University of Western Australia.
