Sam Lee

Sam Lee currently serves as the Head of Applications & Platforms in Digital at AIA Australia, focusing on enhancing customer, adviser, and partner experiences through innovative technologies. With a strong leadership role overseeing a team of over 70 IT professionals, Sam's priorities include driving operational efficiency, adopting world-class technologies, and ensuring customer security. Previous experiences include serving as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft and Associate Director at AIA Hong Kong and Macau, where Sam led digital transformation initiatives and developed enterprise customer technologies. With a solid foundation in cloud computing and application architecture from roles at Manulife, TVB.COM Limited, and PCCW, Sam holds both an M.Phil and B.Eng in Computer Science & Engineering and Computer Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
